Gillion Tobacco implements strict quality assurance measures across every stage of the production process. This includes input material inspection, quality control of semi-finished yarn, and final product packaging checks involving bags, cartons, and barrels. Other critical quality management activities include environmental monitoring, tar and nicotine level assessments, pest control, and calibration of quality testing equipment.
Almost 90% of our production process is automated. Our cigarette rolling line includes Filter Inserting Lines such as MHH, Max8 Molins, and YJ14-23, while the packaging line features Hard Packaging Lines (ZB43A, YB43A, HLP1) and the Box-in-Box Packaging Line M551. All machinery is controlled by PLC systems from Omron, Mitsubishi, and Beckhoff, and communicates via Ethernet.
In terms of occupational safety and health, annual risk assessments are conducted for all roles, alongside the establishment of trained safety and fire prevention teams. Regular inspections and mandatory annual safety training ensure a secure working environment.
